Transfer Fee for Cristiano Ronaldo
Manchester United paid a reported fee of around 12.85 million euros to sign Cristiano Ronaldo from Juventus in August 2021. The deal included add-ons, but the fixed fee was widely reported by reliable sources.
Annual Salary and Wage Structure
During his second spell at the club, Ronaldo earned an estimated base salary of around 480,000 pounds per week before tax. Total annual compensation, including bonuses and commercial incentives, was reported to be significantly higher.
Financial Impact on the Club
Ronaldo's contract represented one of the largest wage commitments in the Premier League. His high salary and the transfer fee placed considerable pressure on the club's wage bill and overall financial planning.
